Apple announced its new Home pod Mini, which has a touch surface on top for play/pause and volume control. The Homepod Mini is powered by the S5 chip which offers a 360-degree surround sound. Multiple Home pod mini speakers can be paired with each other for better sound. Apple claims that Siri on Home pod mini has also improved and it can recognize the voice of each member of the house.I can connect automatically to the Home App and also has an intercom feature which works across Apple watches, iPhones and other Apple products. Home pod mini is launched at 99$ with preorders starting on 6th November and shipping starting at 16th November.
Apple iPhone 12 event 2020 saw the announcement of the latest iPhone 2020 with 5G connectivity, the first iPhone to come with 5G, the fastest network.iphone is deemed to be an iPhone 5 with the iPhone 11 camera set up. Apple says that the new iPhone 12 is 11 per cent thinner and 16 per cent lighter than the iPhone 11, and will be sporting a super retina XDR display, which is Apple’s Custom OLED. It also sports a peak brightness of 1200 nits and supports Dolby Vision, HLG and HDR 10.
iPhone 12 comes with the latest powerful and economic A14 Bionic chipset which powers the iPad air, and the ios 14 installed on the iPhone 12 is optimized for 5G as it has a smart data mode which uses LTE when you don’t need the fast data, to preserve battery life. The iPhone 12 will be getting the League of Legends later this year.
The iPhone 12 sports a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera at the back, with smart HDR features, and all iPhone 2020 models are expected to have a night mode feature even in the front camera.
Apple announced Magsafe for iPhones, that means all iPhone’s will have a magnetic back, we can use Magsafe chargers, cases and wallets that will magnetically stick at the back of the iPhone.
The iPhone 12 mini is also official which comes in 5.4 inches and 6.1-inch screen options. The iPhone 12 mini was announced with a starting price of 699$ while its bigger variant iPhone 12 starts at 799$.
The iPhone 12 pro has a more premium finish, with a stainless steel band and comes in four finishes: silver, graphite, gold and blue, with ip68 water resistance, Magsafe as the iPhone 12.
The iPhone 12 pro and iPhone 12 pro max both has Super Retina XDR Display, while the difference is only in the screen size with the former being 6.1 inches and the latter being 6.7 inches.
The iPhone 12 Pro has a triple camera set up, which features a 12 MP ultrawide lens with 1.6 aperture wide-angle for allowing more light. It also has a 52 mm equivalent telephoto camera.It also announced that it will introduce Deep fusion into all pro cameras and iPhone 12 pro also has 4x optical zoom capabilities.
The iPhone 12 pro max also has a triple camera set up but with some extra features, the telephoto lens has 65mm equivalent focal length and it can do 5x optical zoom. The wide camera has 47 per cent larger sensor. It also has a new optical image stabilization feature from Apple, which Apple calls it as sensor-shift optical image stabilization.
The iPhone will also allow Dolby vision 10-bit HDR recording and the iPhone 12 pro will also let you edit these Dolby vision videos on the device itself.
The iPhone 12 Pro models come with LIDAR scanning features which deliver AR capabilities and it also allows Auto Focus in low light.
The iPhone 12 pro will be priced starting from 999$ and 1099$ for the iPhone 12 pro max models, and it will available for pre-order starting from 16th October.
